Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mnexa AI ("Mnexa," "we," "us," or "our"), an AI-powered productivity platform. By accessing or using Mnexa AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mnexa AI. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms. If you are using Mnexa AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account and Access

To use Mnexa AI, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at hello@mnexa.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Mnexa AI to:

• Automate and orchestrate workflows across your connected productivity tools
• Generate AI-powered suggestions for emails, calendar events, and other tasks
• Manage your connected integrations (Google Workspace, etc.)

You may not:

• Use Mnexa AI for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Use the service to send spam, phishing emails, or other unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Mnexa AI without our written consent

4. Third-Party Integrations

Mnexa AI connects to third-party services (such as Google Workspace) on your behalf. By connecting these services, you:

• Authorize Mnexa AI to access and act on your data within those services as needed to perform requested workflows
• Acknowledge that your use of third-party services is also governed by their respective terms of service
• Understand that you can revoke access to any connected service at any time

5. AI-Generated Content

Mnexa AI uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, draft content, and automate workflows. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving any actions before they are executed (e.g., sending emails, creating events)
• Mnexa AI is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content that you choose to send or act upon

6. Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to your data. By using Mnexa AI, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Mnexa AI available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mnexa AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Mnexa AI, its founders, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using Mnexa AI and delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@mnexa.ai.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to our service or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless immediate action is required.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Mnexa AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
